Solid material surface pattern should be overridden by shading color when the view style is set to shading.

Right now, if you want to display something in solid greyscale on sheets, but in color for 3D views, you have to toggle off the solid fill to see the color. The override should only apply to SOLID surface patterns for obvious reasons.
