Smile Crash when Inserting aerial photo JPEG2000 format

When I try to insert an aerial photo that is in JP2 format into a map using Raster Design and Map (both 2008 and 2009), I get a fatal error - unhandled exception. The aerial photo is from Indiana Spatial Data Portal - http://www.indiana.edu/~gisdata/statewide/08naip.html

My computer has XP Pro with Nvidia Quadro FX3500 with 250MB memory onboard.

Is this a problem with JPEG 2000 format and AutoCAD or is this unique to my system?

    Thanks!

I get the same fatal error when I tried with onr from the side you linked. Make sure you sent off the CER and maybe a fix will be down the road.

Thanks for checking the JP2 image. What is the next step in finding a fix?

You can file a support request with the subcription center, but after checking a few others jp2 format they load ok in Map3D, it may be the image you d/l and unzipped may be corrupt. I tried opening the one I d/l in another image viewr and got a error also. If you want to try try a sample image from here http://www.microimages.com/gallery/jp2/
