Can't open drawings

I was trying to do the "IGESOUT" command and it froze up. When I got it loaded back up,
I tried to open a drawing and "Enter name of drawing to open <.>" came up on the command line. I tried to type the drawing number in, but it said it couldn't find that specified drawing file.

turn your CMDDIA and FILEDIA back on to get your
dialog boxes back.

You can also type a tilde ~ (that little key above the TAB key on most keyboards) at the prompt to get a dialogue box to appear.
