Structural Connection Tag

I have created a structural connection family for an embed plate and would like to create a tag for it. I have looked in the template folder and the annotations folder but can not seem to find a tag to start with for a structural connection. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Can you post a pic or revit file of your connection. Not sure what you want.
Is your connection a structural beam family that you modified to show a embed plate at the end when you look at it in plan?

Take a generic annotation family and change it's category.
