Default Big mtext - text style issue

I have a mtext that has propagated in numerous files that has the following problems:
    1. at click it is selected very slowly
    2. at edit (double-click) it's an even longer wait
    3. tedit works perfectly

What I noticed that along with the text, comes a million text styles that cannot be purged/deleted/lisped out of the drawing.
I'm attaching a clean file, only with the text copied in it. Try it, try copying the text in a clean file of your own, same error.
It's a 2013 dwg (3.5mb, with only just one word in it)

http://we.tl/ETRFmXDrmU (file link- max file size for augi... 2mb ...)

    Thank you!

Who's foolish enough to open a file with a description like that.

    You read my mind....
This seems sketchy to me, the OP's first post and it has a link to god knows where.

Note to "bogdidico773875" if you are real, and this is a real question, you may want to figure out another way to post a sample drawing or ask your question another way.

Please remember, when a new user joins AUGI, their forum user name will usually end in a series of numbers. I am not discounting anyone's concerns about this post. I just wanted to remind everyone.
If you have a technical question, please find the appropriate forum and ask it there.
You will get a quicker response from your fellow AUGI members than if you sent it to me via a PM or email.

Agreed, nothing against the member's user name, just a concern that there's a link to somewhere, on his/her first post.
I was agreeing with Tom that my "warning flag" went up, even though it may be legitimate.

    Hi guys,

Sorry about the late response. I uploaded the file via wetransfer because it was too big to upload it here.
I solved the problem with the dgnpurge hotfix from autodesk website.
I also had a few anonymous blocks in it, starting with *A, *D and *U, which I lisped out of the file.
If anyone encounters the same error, I hope this helps.

Thanks for letting everyone know what fixed it, it will help others who search this problem.
