Default Mark up length doesn't show up in dwf file

Please see the attached PDF file.
I put 3 mark up lengths in the clouded area.
They show up in the markup palette, but not in the clouded area, why?

How can I make them show up in the clouded area?

<snort> Why are you posting a PDF in a DWF forum?!

The PDF file illustrates the problem I was facing in the DWF file.

What's the problem posting a PDF file instead of other file format?

No "problem". It's just that it is ironic.

Did your measurements appear in the editor while drawing and then disappear?

Yes, you are right. It showed up in the editor, then it disappeared. But they do show up in the Markups palette though. OK, I just uploaded the DWF file. Please see the attached file. Maybe you can understand what the problem was by opening up the actual 3D DWF file. The three markup dimensions I did, none of them showed up in View 5, why?

Another question, if I make certain elements to show as transparent, even after I save it and exit, when I reopen it, those elements will restore back to non transparent. Is there a way you can make it shown as transparent permanently?

    Thanks in advance.
