Default removing/adding info to space inventory

i am trying to include a very simple schedule with a drawing. the only information i want displayed is the room name (they are already tagged) & the area. at the moment i have a schedule displayed that has columns for site, building, floor and so on. the table does list the area though.

so i guess i have two questions. how can i get the room names (that are linked to the spaces) to appear alongside the corresponding areas? and how can i remove the rest of the information from the table?

    thanks,
    Ian

You will need to copy and edit the OOTB schedule. There is not enough room here to walk you through that exercise, but there are tutorials available through the help menu to guide you. There are a few key notes, though. First is to make sure the shedule is gathering data from the correct source, since the spaces provide similar information by style and by object.

You will also need to familiarize yourself with property data sets. I think that once you realize how it works, things will snap together for you.
