Default Tab and Enter Key Functionality

Summary: The Tab and Enter keys should function in C3D panoramas and dialog boxes as they do in most Windows applications.

Description: I would like to be able to use the 'Tab' and 'Enter' keys to cycle through the point editor in Civil 3D.

How Used: It would be much faster to use the point editor when manually entering or modifying points if I could use the 'Tab' and 'Enter' keys. A user could begin by selecting the starting field with the mouse pointer. From there, a 'Tab' would move the cursor one field to the right. An 'Enter' key would move the cursor to the field below the starting cell. This should all work like a spreadsheet software does.

    Just like in Excel.

<Tab> move cursor to cell on the right
<Shift>+<Tab> move cursor to cell on the left
<Enter> move cursor to cell below
<Enter>+<Tab> move cursor to cell above
