Revision clouds

I think someone might have mentioned this before but why not just have a "preset" parameter for the "length" of the arc that adjusts with the scale of the view. The when drawing your clouds just use lines and rectangles or even circles and arcs that get converted a rev cloud when your finished editing. I'm no programer but it seems like it would be a simple thing to do.

Also, it would be nice to be able to chose what revision sequence you want the bubble on inside of the sketch mode. Frequently I have revision clouds default back to previous a revision sequence number that I have "turned off". Then I have to go back and turn on all bubbles on all revisions and change the sequence.

I know hitting "issued" may solve this default back problem, but i don't usually select "issued" because then it yells at me when I try to delete duplicated views, which I find more annoying.

Can I get a rev cloud tool that work more like the one in Acad? I'd like to be able to sketch a line, set the cloud arc radius, and draw a line.
The current tool isn't very user friendly. You have to make 1000 picks to get a cloud that only clouds the thing you changed. Please give me some ability to adjust the Arc length.
