you can use the data extractor:
1)create a new table and under the inset options use "from object data in drawings (Data Extractor).
    2) In the Data Extraction Wizard, pick create new data extraction then hit next.
3)Name and choose location of the data extraction file (.dxe file) & hit save.
    4) At the define data source, check drawings/sheet set then to the right click add folder and choose your folder than contains those drawings.hit next.
    5) Pick your title block that contains your drawing number. hit next
    6) Pick the properties you wish to extract (drawing number attribute/field).hit next.
    7) at the refine data box, set how you want your data to displayed then hit next.
8 ) Now at choose output, check "output data you external file (.xls, .csv, .mdb, .txt)" and give location and name for your Excel file. Hit Next.
    9) the last box hit Fnish.

you can then open your Excel sheet the info should be there.
