    Default Batch Change X-ref Status

    Hello to All at AUGI:

I have large numbers of drawings with x-reference files attached to host drawings. Is there a way to change the status of these x-refs form "Attachment" to "Overlay" in a batch mode.

The only way I know of is to open each drawing individually, change the status, and then save that drawing. It would be great if I could choose all of the files and change their status to overlay in one operation.

    Any direction would be appreciated.

    Regards,
    Vince

This thread contains a LISP example to change an xref from attach to overlay. You could use this as a starting point and put this in a loop with ObjectDBX to change a large number of drawings without having to open them.
