PLEASE HELP!! Time Sensitive

I have to get a submittal out today and I'm having trouble with this one sheet. I'm trying to print a layout that has OLE objects(Excel worksheets) on it as an Acrobat PDF. When it prints, the OLEs do not print, but it looks fine in the preview. Anyone have any ideas?

I didn't think you could attach a pdf to an autocad drawing (?)

Maybe you should bring in the Excel spread sheet directly.. worth a try I think?

Is OLEQUALITY set to 1 or even 0? The lower the number, the lower the quality, This setting sometimes messes with plotters.

Make sure the layer it's on is set to plot, but I think that would make it invisible in the preview were that the issue.

Since OLE objects are a pain to print, can you insert it in another format, like a .jpg?

Did you troubleshoot plotter, drivers, & memory? Have you tried a different printer/plotter?

Yeah, there's a few bugs to work out to get it to work, but it's a simple OLE object. We had almost an exact replica of this drawing a year ago that we worked on, but the spreadsheet has been altered and I had to reinsert the sheets. Can't get it to work like it did for us then. What I'm doing is copy clipping the spreadsheet and then I "Paste Special" in Autocad. I'm attaching the drawing for you to look at. Try to attempt printing it as an Adobe Acrobat PDF and see if you get anything different.

This file worked fine for us last year. Since the info in the excel file has been updated and reinserted, the PDF is screwy. Like I said, it previews fine.

What is it that you did to get it to work so that I can duplicate it. We have a particular plot style we need to use.

I used AdobePDF plot driver.

I didn't do anything fancy.

What version of Adobe are you using? We are using version 7. Attached is the plot style for that. Can you center it up for me. Thanks. Rep coming your way.

I have Adobe Pro 6. But the driver I used is called 'Adobe PDF Converter - Windows System Driver - by Autodesk'

I don't know if that helps.
