    Default Eccentric Reducer

    Hi ALL,

    Does anyone know how to draw 3D eccentric reducer in AutoCAD?
    Photo is attached.

    I have attached two drawings to show you how its done, but you basically use the LOFT command.

    Yes, the reducer with radius is what I am after.

    I know "LOFT" & I've already drawn eccentric reducer.
    The problem is that I don't know how to draw the radius (chamfer).
    Could you please explain how to draw it?

    All you need to do is select the autocad Radius command and enter the radius size you require, then select the edge you wish to radius.

    I have attached a file to show you.

    I hope this is what you mean.

    the chamfer command also works for Chamfered edges.

    Just one more question:
    Did you use "shell" to make the hollow?
    By using "subtract", I found it doesn't work properly sometime.

    I offset the original circles by 2mm giving me the inside shape, then I used subtract to give me the final hollow shape.
    It worked perfectly well

    If you don't need to see the interiors make everything solid. You will get smaller, faster files that way.
