Default Failed to load MNU - Ye Olde 2004

    Hi all,

I have one of our users who is still running 2004 and for some reason whenever he reboots his machine our custom menu's are not reloading. He can 'menuload' them and they will be okay until be reboots machine.

Error message is 'Failed to load menu file XYZ(mns/mnc/mnl)"

This menu file is on the shared network and all pathed via support paths. Could it be that he is also mapping his legacy C:/Lisp directory with his own ACAD.lsp file with a tonne of legacy lisp files in there? I can't see that it would be the cause, but I'm fresh out of ideas.

btw. This is one of my first posts since joining AUGI many, many, many moons ago. I'm more of a Revit disciple nowadays, but have always relied on "teh AUGI" for my woes...
    thankyou brethren

    Cheers
    Dan F

Dan, this is a tricky one. What happens if you temporarily disable his customizations?
