    Default Opening endcaps

I have several windows in a drawing and the window endcap is the same as the wall endcap. The wall endcap looks fine. The opening endcap looks fine in the plan view, but in 3-D views, and in sections, there appears to be two sets of endcaps, with one set in line with the wall as normal. But the other endcap shows up beside the wall, in this case, inside the room. Does anybody have any idea what is going on?

please post a small section so that we may examine directly your

    Thanks,

Here is part of the drawing in question. Please note, also, that the 2D elevations seem to show an additional frame around the opening.

The effect you are getting appears to be a result of
the opening you placed in the wall. Try drawing the
the returns to the include that little niche where the
double door is placed this should remove what appears
    to be the double frame.

I've just taken another long slow look at your data.
The interesting thing is the double frame effect is a
phantom. It exists because of the little stubby walls
that the door frame is centered in.
I discovered this by drawing an elevation line, and trying to pick
different combinations of objects to make it go away.
And then inserting the section so that it lined up with the
components. The software is not lying to us here, the
lines that it is drawing are real.
