Default jpgs on sides of a solid

    Howdy, y'all.

I'm using a rectangular solid to represent a special vehicle. I have jpgs of the side and front of the vehicle. I'd like to attach an image of the side to each side of the solid, and attach the image of the front to one end of the solid. How can I do this?

    TIA

I'd have to mess with it, but I would create a material, one for each view. Under scaling, try setting it to fit gizmo, 1 unit by 1 unit. Then, when you apply it you would probably need to use a planar map otherwise it will be put on all the surfaces.

I'm not sure this will give you the results you want, especially in the front. It's worth a try, though.

This helped some. I managed to get an image to appear on each side of a solid rectangular box, scaled to fit on each side. I also managed to get an image on a 3D face.

Not quite the full results I'd like. I'll continue to fiddle with the switches.
