door schedule issue....

i have changed "type mark" to "No"........so i have a number for each type and it shows in door elevations.....i use a door type in plan that has both a type mark label and a comment label ( i manually type in the room number adjacent to the door with an "a", "b" etc.).

anyway, on my door schedule i removed the "mark" column and the whole schedule disappeared.

Are you sorting the schedule by Mark and\or have checked the "Itemize every instance" check box?

changed label to include "mark"....have manualy changed all doors to match room.....seems to work better

You could try changing the prperty of the mark column to hidden. Therefore it is still being scheduled but you won't see it. That might do it.
