Does anyone have any experience using Revit with a Steelhead device? A few months ago we were working on a Revit project between Philadelphia and NY and ran into an issue where elements were disappearing (This conveniently happened when I was halfway around the world and didn't get to see it firsthand.) We have been unable to replicate the problem since then, but Autodesk and our Reseller believe that it may have something to do with our Steelhead Device. I was looking for any information regarding specific settings of the device to allow Revit to run smoothly. I've tried to contact Autodesk, but they claim that they do not have any suggestions as to setting up the device. Has anyone had any experience with this?
