Question JPG Image in 3D View?

I'm trying to place a Google Earth image into Revit to show context in a model I'm working on. I can import an image into a site plan, but it wont be visible in any 3D views, which I need. I've looked for something in Revit to control the visibility settings of the image, but haven't had any luck. Any ideas?

However, remember that decals only show up when Rendered--and only appear as a box
    in all other views..........................
