hyperlinks in autocad 2002 lt

helping out a friend, i don't use lt.
it seems that i have made all the right choices in options, and have set the correct setvars.
i can add a hyperlink - i can see the hyperlink icon when i travel over the object, but it will not show up in the right click menu, nor can i access the hyperlink at all from the dwg
looking for help.

i did those... and still no short cut menu display, any other ideas?
