Default Array center, but hold the ends

I am working on a DB for bridge box beams. I want to leave the ends but array the center beam. What actions or parameters should be used? I have attached the block to see how far I have gotten.

    Hi,
Sorry, but I don't quite understand what you mean by "... leave the ends and array the centre beams"

while i'm kind of confused as to the intent as well, i'm wondering if it's similar to the ACT block found HERE?
Sometimes, i get lost in my own thoughts and need to ask directions to find my way back.

Yes, close. In my DB I have 3 box beams. The ones on the ends are always flush on the outside edge. I want to be able to do a linear array with the middle block and have the end block go along for the ride.

then you have to start with 2 entities. i thought the default vis state in file posted worked like you wished. am i missing something?

The vis-state BI-36 works except the box beam on the right should always stay on the right of the center box beams as it does the linear array to the right. Right now it is stationary and the box beam that arrays overlaps and then goes past it as you pull it out.

Sorry I can't explain it better.

Once I get that vis-state to work, I will carry the same over to the other 7 vis-states.

Is this what you are after, I set the distance to increment and distance to 3.

I also tested a move command with another end block with a distance of 3 so that both end blocks are mirror images of each other.

That's it! So, if I see it right, you added a move parameter to the right end block and put the array and the move point on top of each other on the lower right corner.

move ACTION. it was just added to the linear parameter.
