screening half a viewport

I have a project of a sub-division that was designed in full. The client now want to show the subdivision in phases. I need to screen sections on each sheet to delineate between the phases. He wants the phases nic to be screened back. Is there a quick way to screen back a portion of a viewport?

You would need to make multiple aligned viewports. Then the one you want screened can have the colors set accordinaly. Or Styles set depending on your plotting method.
