Parcel Labels

i need to know if there is a way to make two parcel labels on separate layers one that is the parcel number and one that is the parcel area. i have a style that includes both but i need to be able to turn off the area on certain pages (grading, landscaping etc.) while leaving the lot number on. any suggestions

You have to create two styles, and apply two labels, to get the values on different layers. C3D labels cannot put different label components on different layers; it's one layer for the whole thing.

I haven't figured out how you apply multiple label styles to a parcel in civil 3D 2009, is that still possible.

They moved it to the Add Labels dialog (Parcels=>Add Parcel Labels=>Add Parcel Labels...). Under Label type look for area.
