    Default Adding Referring Views

In the project browser if i right click on a section i can go to 'Find Referring Views' and a list of the views the annotation symbol is in comes up. My problem is i want to add to this list.
For instance the section bubble of the new section i have created shows up in all of my floor plans and sections but does not show up in the elevations are rcp.
I am new to this and i am sure this is incredibly easy to accomplish but i can't figure it out.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

was able to track down the answer. it has to do with the visibility and the coarseness of the section call out.
new program entirely new way of doing things. this is going to take some time to get used to.
