    Exclamation HP 1050c Issues

I have two HP 1050c plotters that are experiencing the same problem. When plotting an Aerial Photograph in a color as gray-scale format the plot has a purple-ish/indogo like transparent cloud in the right side boundary of the plot. Also, the plot sometimes comes out almost scrambles. Like shifting parts of the image from one pass to the next pass of the head. This does not occur when plotting line drawings with the exception of solid gray hatch pattern in a color of 252 or 253. I am baffled. Had the HP techs take a look and it is not, repeat, not a hardware problem. Help PLEASE!

In the Properties for the HP, Custom Properties, Options tab, what is Color set to?

Also, under Color control on same tab, Whick Printed color control setting is set?

I swear I had the same type problem and the No color correction in color control was the answer. (It needed to be selected.)
