    Default Metal deck roof profile

I have been trying to create a 1 1/2" metal deck roof so when I cut a section I can see the roof profile. I have tried the following link w/o success http://revitfamilies.blogspot.com/

I created the profile using the profile template, then started the new family with the Structural Framing - Beams and Braces.rft. The profile is loaded, and I deleted the solid.

What am I supposed to draw with the sweep tool? Is there anything specific I have to do to orient the profile when I load it?

This is crucial to the architect to be able to see roof profile when they link our model to theirs

    thanks for the help

I have a workaround, just use a floor family instead of a roof. Although i would like to know how to get the flutes to show in 3D
