IDW Prompted Entries Question

We are trying to simply to filling in of our title block by using all prompted entries.

Is there anyway to make the promted entries box come up and have some of the prompted entries be chosen by a drop down menu with pre filled in text instead of always having the user fill in the text.

We have some things that only ever have 2 or 3 options and this would make it dummy proof. If you know what I mean
