line heirarchy?

Is there a way to set lines / hatches forward or backward from other entities? Sometimes my plotted 2D drawings have the solid (grey) Bhatch covering the the partition lines . . .

For pre-2005 versions investigate DRAWORDER
In 2005 there is a selection when creating Hatches
as to where to place the boundary object.

Also check your settings for lines merge/overlap
as this can impact the plotted output as well.
