Is there an option in Autodesk Robot to calculate masonry constructions?

What specifically are you referring to for calculations.

Calculate and model are two very different things, what is your reasoning for this, what are you trying to accomplish. Is it possible to model ofcourse it is you can model anything you want you still haven't given us a context of why or what you are trying to do.

It is crystal clear that you don't know anything about Robot by what you say. Robot Structural Analysis is a calculation programm, so the main reason to do something there is model a structure and f_calculate it. So never f_mind

While I'm sure it can give you some results, I don't think that's the tool you'd want to use for Masonry design. We generally use a program called IES Quick Masonry for most projects. On the more complex ones I think we use Risa. The Adesk website says it will do meshes so I'm thinking Masonry is possible. They also give you a 30day free trial.
Personally with masonry, I'd rather use a program that was design specifically for because of it's unique nature.
Just my 2 cents, hope this helps.

I never said I knew how to use Robot, however our engineers do so when I ask them a question and they say to me "what the hell does he mean?" then I come back and say it nicer.

I would also say Robot is also a design tool ontop of calculation and has additional costing/calc and DESIGN abilities in the CBS pro add-on, not too mention you can send details of steel and formwork out to ASD as detailed DWGS (no work needed).

My ability to use Robot comes from modelling only and integration with ASD and Revit, guess I should have just said nothing at all.

    Hi,
Asking for more information so that someone may provide a better answer to your question is no reason to insult someone who has taken the time to try to respond to you.
I'm not sure what the "f_" in your post refer to, but I can think of some not very nice words to fill in the blanks.
We are all professionals here, so please try to keep it civil.

    thanks,

That kind of an answer really shows how long you have been a structural engineer.

I tend to get similar responses when I give software support. People tend to think that I somehow can see through email message what they want to accomplish with Robot when they just wrote " I have this strange message what to do". Nothing about software version and etc. And then they say that I know nothing... and some similar kind words.

I have used ARSA (from Robot Millennium v 17 I think) for many years and i wanted to ask the exact questions as were asked from you before.
Here is my answer based on the info you have kindly provided.
I calculate and model masonry structures with Robot to get the internal forces. But I use my excel based calculation sheets to do masonry design. I can model masonry walls with Revit or Robot.
