I have an sketch that shows how Revit puts a window in a
canted wall and how I would like it to look. What is the best
    way to achieve this?

    thx,

You could try a quick in-place family for that window, or

You could duplicate and modify your existing window family and rotate everything to the proper angle (easier said than done) or

You could create a new custom window family with an angle parameter so that the window can be adjusted to a canted wall of any angle. (much easier said than done)

Unless you have a ton of canted windows, I think you are better off with the first option.
