I've have the same problem and noticed it only happens after I save more than one time per session. If I save twice, numbers show up in the wrong place, but if I reopen everthing is OK. If I reopen after three saves the tables are streatched out. This seems to only happen on the tables with inserted blocks.

Things get really messed up if I have scaled blocks and the cells are locked. The blocks can't rescale when I open the drawing and end up with a big mess.

Perhaps a great leader could throw some money at it and all will be good?
