Question ASD 2010 getting to help

    It should be easy one.
How can I access ASD help?

When I press F1 I get AutoCAD help.
Can not find the *** button.

Only way I get there is by pressing help button on some ASD dialog box.

    P.S. Steel module is active.

Yep, they lost the help button. I reported it in the Betaa, but the way you mentioned is the only way that I could find to open it.

Well it's not such a big deal considering pretty much all dialog boxes have the help button.

Plus where would you get AutoCAD help from??

Thing is that when I am in ASD and press F1 I get AutoCAD help not ASD help.

If you are new to program and want to open help, it is not logical to start from "any" dialog box.

....an person was sitting behind the PC and teacher asked: what is the problem.
Answer: I can not find "any key" on my keyboard....

Furthermore ,every command does not have a dialog box, so to get help on this I need to start an other one that has dialog box. Sounds logical.

I have to agree with Pritt on this one....2009 had a button on the toolbar, why couldn't they migrate that button to somewhere...anywhere, rather than drop it from the program.

I know it's not built in but I would imagine just creating a new button connected to the command to be a simple matter. Even a simple hyperlink to a command would suffice (similar to the open notepad functions and so on).

That aside I do agree we should not have to do these things ourselves.

Yes it is looking kind a silly when doing a demo for client and saying , now create your own help button
Or starting ASD training with creating your own help button , maybe advanced class only
