Minutes & seconds in angles

Is there some way to force Autocad to force Autocad to display leading zeros for minutes and seconds in DMS or Surveyors Units?
This has long been a gripe of mine with Autocad. As a surveyor, I want to see those leading zeros by setting a simple variable.

In vanilla AutoCAD? Not that I know of.
