Amep Architecture 2010 and Aca 2010

Is there any difference between Amep 2010 us metric architecture profile and Autocad Architeure 2010 us metric.

I'd bet most of the OOTB content should be the same, the difference may come in the display styles. Also you won't have any MEP stuff in the ACA template.
The programs are basically the same, MEP just has some additional tools that you won't find in ACA and I'm sure there's some that are in ACA you won't find in MEP.

Is there a place where you can get a definitive answer about the differences between ACA and AMEP?

To the best of my knowledge, AMEP has everything that ACA has, with the MEP objects, commands and features added on top. Having never used AMEP, I can not say if all of the interface and content items in ACA are present in AMEP (I was under the impression that you could create an ACA profile and run AMEP "as" ACA, but I could be wrong), but all of the underlying commands and features are present.
