I noticed that the elevation of one of them was just barely above zero, change units to show as many decimal places as possible. The defined height was really large on one also, not text height. After I changed all that to zero, I move everything to 0,0,0 grabbing the insertion point of the mtext and the two then looked the same.

Normally just getting them at the same elevation will correct the problem.

Talking Re: MText showing up in different thicknesses when plotted

    Dear Friends,
I sorted out this issue.it is very simple
Step1- Select all Mtext in this drawing.
Step2- go to Change Properties. In the Change properties Geometry menu Change "Z "value "0". ( if it showing even "0.00000" just simply type "0" the problem will be get solved)
    thanks
