    Default Plot style manager missing

A weird problem: I can't find the plot style manager at all.

I'm using AutoCAD 2011 for Mac, and trying to create a new ctb.

The guide below says: choose File > Plot style manager. Well, under the File-tab there is no Plot style manager. I can't remember which written commands should open the editor, and the pgp-file doesn't have any such commands listed.

    Thanks for any ideas!

Hmm, I found this one... So apparently there is no proper solution.
