it cant open

dears,

I had cad file soft copy when i try open that file its says " drawing file is not valid "
but actually show drawing in open palette.

Give a solution to open that file.

Just because there is a drawing thumbnail, does not indicate it's a valid DWG file.
Those are simply screenshots of the DWG during the last save.
