    Default 2010 Dwf Printing

Noticed that to publish a dwf one now has to go to the 'export' menu as the puiblish menu only publishes to buzzsaw....cant see any logic in that, a real pain since you dont notice untill the final stage in publishing.....but Im having a major problem

when I now export to dwf (or dwf.x) the pagesetup is getting all screwed up so if Im printing a A1 sheet to an A1, the dwf seems to be scaling down the whole drawing so I cant print an A1 full size - a deal killer for me. (same for all sheet sizes)
Also - it stuffs up my fonts
    Anyone else having this problem?

From Revit 2010 on Vista 64 I cannot get dwf output correct.

I thought at first it was related to the plotting problems I was having but that is now fixed by turning off Direct3D hardware acceleration.

This seems to be about page size settings - no matter what I try I get landscape A1 (which is correct) but the contents are enlarged so that you only see part of the drawing sheet.

    The preview shows correctly however.

I haven't spent much time on this as I only tried using dwf as a workaround to the plotting problems, but there does seem to be something wrong with it.

We are having the same problem. No matter what paper size I choose it prints on what appears to be letter landscape and crams the rest of the sheet into the right lower corner. We use dwf quite a bit and this is making me think twice about upgrading.

I filed a support request, will see what the response is

    Cool Re: 2010 Dwf Printing

This afternoon we exported D size 24 x36 Sheets perfectly from RAC 2010 64 Bit on XP Pro 64 bit. Did not mess with graphics card settings. There are some settings in the DWF
    driver for raster/vector/quality--try adjusting those.

    cheers............................

I've tried leaving it to defaults, I've tried forcing it to A1...

it just doesn't plot correctly to dwf - although the preview is fine.

Fortunately I don't use dwf, pdf seems more reliable.

OK - investigated a little further and used a default template that comes with Revit with an A1 titleblock and the dwf size works as expected - so this seems to be a problem with my custom titleblocks.....Ill investigate further

This does not work for me either, no matter what the setup or page size, it's printing the upper left section of the drawing and stuffing everything else on the lower right corner. It almost looks like it's trying to print a 24x36 sheet to an 18x24 page w/o fit to page option.

Per support, set your print setup to Raster High quality and you will be fine... it worked for me.

Not for me - still stuffs up my page size - not only that but dwf is shockingly slow with raster images, it takes about 10 secs for it to show ONE floor plan
