Default Dialog box when opening "arx error: eduplicatekey"

I up-graded from 2004 to 2007, most of my drawings are saved in 2000 format.
When opening files from 2004 that were open & saved from 2007 in 2000 format, I get a dialog box stating "arx error: eduplicatekey" (see attachment). After pressing "OK" about 20 or more times the file will eventually open.
    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Steve

    Thanks Tim,
The "OEhotfix" did the trick! I had down loaded these a while ago but perhaps they have been up-dated to include 2007.
