what version are you in? IN 2013 (I am not using yet, but read the literature about it) there is a feature that distributes points evenly along a curve. Now without 2013, if you place a point on a path, I think there is a parameter that indicates its distance from the end of the host. so, you could add up the total length of all three curves, divide it by the # of divisions you want, place points, and then enter in the distance from end for each point.
Can you try to post the image again?
I tried it again, and failed then in the "Manage Attachments " page. The whole problem is, how to make Revit to take the line (3 arc connected one bye one or so) as a single Spline? So that I can place the mullion evenly. If not , Revit place mullion at 3 different pace on each arc, and 2 mullion at the joint. I am not sure if this make it clear. thanks
Assuming your Facade will be segmented into straight segments (unless you want curved glass then it gets tricky and fun) all you have to do is use spline through points. place the points on the arcs where you want your mullions (so the mullions always fall on your arc set out) the actual surface you create will not be 100% following your initial surface but the points that matter will. you can now divide this surface evenly allowing easy placement of your Panels (assuming you are using pattern based panels)
I tried this way just now,the key point is that ,the new spline shape doesn't keep with the original arc accurately, just like you mentioned . But sure, this is a way, thanks
The easiest way i was able to do this is draw the curved curtain wall, place your mullions somewhat randomly. Place a Radial dimension of the arc. Add in grid lines radiating from the radius, dimension the grid lines with the angular dimension style and hit "EQ." They will equal out.
