Default Project method

If anyone knows the best method of how to make a design and proper linking of all the components with cross referencing will help me out.

Also let me know the other possible methods which you are using and application.

We have an application of more than 100 drawings for all the projects including Power Distribution Dia, Panels, 120VAC schem, IO schem, Machine wiring, etc. etc.

I am confused how to start and how to get the perfect project within less time. What is the best method. and how to perform this??

Any Suggestion will improve our knowledge for software.
