I have a small programme that allows a user to calculate an area from a polyline and to update an attribute with the area. Previously (with earlier versions of AutoCAD) it worked fine and immediately updated the attribute on screen. Now, when I run it in AutoCAD 2004, it does not update the attribute until I do a regen. I'd like to know if the functionality of the "entupd" command has changed in AutoCAD 2004, and if there is way to work around this problem.
