I'm not sure where to post this so I will start here. I am looking for CAD scale drawings for UK standard electrical sockets. I specifically need an RCD protected 30A switch socket outlet but a link to any drawing source would give me a start. Any help in this search is greatly appreciated.
Thanks! Lisa

My favourite UK AutoCAD database doesn’t seem to have any electrical blocks. So not much help to you. Cheque book holders may find the Autodesk UK site more helpful. ~Shrug, not I~ If it’s any help the term BS (for British Standards) is useful when surfing for such blurb. Ggrrr, Everyone wants our money!

Lisa,
Did you ever find what you were looking for? I did a search for UK Electrical dwg but not very successful. Recently for work I looked up symbol for a laser switch and found absolutely nothing. So, we came up with our own. National Standards, they must be behind the times. Sorry for the none help. I did come across this one site:symbols

http://www.internationalconfig.com/. It covers many countries and standards, however I've only used it for UK so I'm not sure about how extensive it is. Cheers! Lisa
