    Hello!

From time to time happnes that Autosnap marker become RED and OTRACK function stop function as it should - doesn't work properly.

How ti fix this? Becouse I'm responsible for 40 computers using AutoCAD my only solution for now is too put new IMAGE on every PC where this STUPID red marker shows up.

    PLEASE HELP!!!!

    Hi

When the problem occurs have you tried importing a good AutoCAD profile (ARG file) to see if that resolves the issue?

    Hi

Does the actual AutoSnap marker colour change (Red) -

Options -> Display Tab -> AutoSnap marker color Drop Down Box

OR is it still showing the correct colour but showing Red on screen?

Can you please expand a little on the problem that develops for OTRACK (Polar Tracking).

    Hi

Sounds like a corrupt (bad) Windows User profile.

If/When the problem occurs again try giving the user a New (good) Windows profile to see if that resolves the issue.

Why is this happenning? Who is responible for this; Windows or AutoCAD? This is happening on different PCs on different places.

Which part of Win profile is to be replaced?

Why is the world round (sorry couldn't resist).

Seriously though it could an number of things causing such a problem, am afraid a little detective work is called for on your part; give the below snippet a read (comes from an old CADMgr Guild post by Ed Jobe) -

    <snip>
These questions were only intended as examples of the kind of things you should be asking when a specific problem occurs. You still could have one or several problems with different causes. The questions are intended to help narrow things down a bit. I don't think you will be able to look backwards at this point and come up with anything. But take things one at a time. The next time a crash occurs, try to isolate it to the drawing or the machine. If you can't open the dwg on another machine, then you know its not hardware related. The problem is traveling from machine to machine via the dwg. The dwg database may be corrupted and need recovery. Certain things can cause database corruption. On the other hand, if only a specific machine has the problem, isolate what was happening at the time. It might be a software but that is reported on in the knowledge base. Does the machine just freeze, or does acad just close? Do you get the opportunity to save? or not? Any error messages? All these are clues. You can achieve a stable system, but it may take awhile...and some detective work. When you get more specific facts, we can provide better help. Start with a specific event. Its often too big a bite to take when you try to figure out numerous problems...unless there is something obvious in common.

That's the million pound question, you will only be able to answer that once you've been through the above
