Default Add Quadrant Snap

Summary: Add RMB>quadrant to snap option

Description: In sketch mode, you should be able to use snaps, just like in AutoCAD. Especially midpoints & circle quadrants !

Thanks!

How Used: This would make sketching much, much faster.

Feature Affinity: Sketching
