Default Highlight Overridden Dimensional Values

Summary: If a dimensional value is overridden there should be an option to hi-lite that on a drawing.

Description: I would like user overrides to clearance hole values highlighted.

How Used: If a user overrides the default value for a clearance hole, I would like that value highlighted. Perhaps the bold blue font used for user overrides in a parts list.

Feature Affinity: Drawing Manager
