Default Drag and drop 2009

We currently installed 2009 on our machines. Over the past few days i have noticed that the ability to drag and drop any other drawings (from our existing block library...for example) to an open drawing is unavailable. This is only happening when the electrical modules are loaded (ACADE.cui and assosiated files). Any thoughts?
