trim_it_up is infamous around these parts
Thumbs down importing spreadsheet =S

So I have a bill of materials I'm trying to import. I open the page I want to import the spreadsheet to, then on my tool pallet I click on 'Schematic Reports' then I click on 'Insert Spreadsheet Data to Table'. I browse the server for my file...open it....BAM! Fatal Error. Does anyone else have this issue? Is there an update for this problem? Or is this because I'm using Open Office? Any advice would be welcome =D

Sorry, not sure why you are getting an error. Those are the normal steps to follow. Did you try and restart your computer? Maybe it is the excel file? Just guessing here...

I did a power point on this topic back in Nov of 2006. Most of the steps are the same. See attached.

Sorry I could not help more.
