Default Quickly Check Assembly Constraints

Summary: Have the ability to check the browser to see if parts are fully constrained - e.g. color coding fully constrained parts

Description: I would like to be able to look at "Browser Bar" and quickly be able to check if the models/parts are fully constrained.

How Used: In assemblies as you are placing multiple parts at times it would be nice to look at Browser and quickly be able to identify which parts are not fully constrained.

Feature Affinity: Assemblies
