Default Browser Grouping of Features/Parts/Assemblies

Summary: Be able to group browser features/parts/assemblies. Will make easier to read

Description: Add the ability to *group* features and other items in the browser tree.

How Used: This request initially came from the fact that we have a FARO arm and software that interfaces with IV. Using that, we can have hundreds or thousands of "3D POINT" entries, then dozens of "3D SKETCH" entries, and so on. Eventually they get combined into a LOFT, for example but they aren't currently consumed by the browser tree under the LOFT. Allow users to CRTL-CLICK like entities and "Group". Same functionality can be used for other features when wanting to pattern, for example. Before doing the pattern, the like items are grouped then that group is selected for the pattern vs all of the individual items.

Feature Affinity: Part Modeling
